SolAce EMC Account Setup Form

Sign up for a SolAce EMC web-based account if:

  • You are a claim submitter who would like to try the web-based version of SolAce EMC.
  • You are a claims processing organization interested in receiving electronic claims from your trading partners.

There is no charge or obligation to purchase SolAce EMC in order to use the free, web-based version of SolAce EMC that is branded as SolAce Junior. Free accounts provide limited transmission features, no support or service level agreement, 1 user limitation, and maximum of 60 days data retention. Paid accounts include these features. Contact Ivertex at 602-439-2525 if you want to upgrade your account.

Special Notice for Submitters Using the Illinois EI-CBO System: This system will not transmit your EI-CBO claims freely. If you are having trouble with your EI-CBO account, please call us at 602-439-2525 for assistance. Please do not sign up for an account in this system.

Enter your personal information below so we can generate a user account for you.

Your Site ID in the Organization section below, along with the User ID and Password you choose here is what you will use to sign in to the system. Your User ID can consist of letters, numbers, and dots, and is limited to 20 characters. Your Password can be anything you want up to 20 characters, and is case sensitive.

Choose a Site ID
 

Choose a Site ID that will be entered when users sign in. Suggestions are to use an abbreviation of your company name, or make it the same as your User ID. All users setup under the same Site ID will have access to the same data.

The Site ID must start and end with a letter or number. It can consist of only letters, numbers, dashes, and dots, and can be no more than 30 characters.

  If you were referred by another SolAce EMC user or sponsor please enter their Site ID so we can associate your account with them. You will be eligible for free transmission features if the sponsor is reimbursing Ivertex for your use of this solution.

Complete Your Setup

Click the Submit button below to generate your account. You may sign in immediately after your account is created using your Site ID, User ID, and Password.

The first thing you will want to do is visit the Setup/Providers and Setup/Mailboxes screens to enter your provider and electronic submitter information. Adding mailboxes is what populates the payer list in your SolAce EMC account.

If you want to upgrade your account or get product support from Ivertex you can call us at 602-439-2525 to place your order. If you intend to store protected health information (PHI) in your SolAce EMC account and you want us to sign your Business Associate Agreement, please fax it to 602-439-0808. Our Terms of Service includes Business Associate verbage and documents our policies that are applied uniformly to all accounts.
