Batch Manager

The Batch Manager feature lets you manage your data files. From this screen you can create a new data file, open an existing data file to view, print, and edit the records, and delete data files.

Once a data file has been processed for transmission to the payer it cannot be deleted, only archived. The delete button will move the file to an archive section instead of deleting it from your computer when this is the case. It cannot be edited either unless you set the batch to the Resend status.

View Filter by Service Date The length of time specified in the Service Date box under the Search section controls how many batches you want to display in your Professional or Institutional Claims tab.
Tabbed Screens Open multiple screens in tabs by clicking on the "+" symbol at the top and close unwanted tabs by clicking on the "x" symbol on the upper right hand side of each tab. Openning screens in separate tabs allows users to toggle between screens quickly and easily.
Tags A Tag is one or more keywords attached to an item to help identify and organize content without complex structures.
If Tags have been set up under the Setup menu, you will see all active tags on the grey bar above the Search section. Simply click on a tag to view all batches linked to that tag. Remember that you can now attach multiple tags to any item.
