JF Noridian Administrative Services: Utah Medicare
Noridian Administrative Services LLC (NAS) administers Medicare health insurance for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for Jurisdiction F. If you are a provider located in Jurisdiction F and need to become an electronic submitter for your Medicare A/B Claims, please follow the enrollment instructions below.
All providers must first register for Noridian’s EDISS Connect site.

Once you have established your EDISS Connect account, please log in.
You must download and submit the required forms
Once done, click on "Manage Transactions" and you will see "testing required" next to the transactions that require testing
Please Note: The box under "Who Will Perform Transactions?" that says "I Will" should be checked indicating you will be sending transactions as a direct Submitter. Axiom/SolAce is NOT a "Vendor". The term "Vendor" in EDISS refers to a Billing Service or Clearinghouse and SolAce is a billing software that uses the ClaimShuttle Network Service Vendor connection.
Once you have submitted the required forms and can successfully log in to EDISS Connect, please call the SolAce Support team at 602-439-2525 option 1 to schedule the Mailbox setup and Test transmission.

Testing
When you have your Submitter ID and login information for the EDISS Connect account and have submitted the required forms, please call the SolAce Support team. We will help you with creating the test batch and submitting it to Noridian. We must create 10 test claims in order to pass and get approved for production status.
