Required Documents for those applying for new Submitter IDs
The following documents are required enrollment documents that must be completed, signed and returned to the MVP office before the initiation of electronic claims submission or inquiry.

Please note: EFT/ERA enrollment for this payer are handled via a company called "Payspan". If you are interested in registering you can contact them at 1-877-331-7154. Once you have your Payspan login and password, we can set up the connection in SolAce to pull in your remits.
We can now process 276/277 requests (claim status). If this is a transaction you would like to utilize please make sure to enroll with the payer.

MVP Health Care EDI Enrollment Form
- Please enter your provider name, address, and NPI/Tax ID
- Once you have entered your Tax ID and NPI, click the box to "Validate TIN and NPI"
- Please enter your Contact information
- For provider agent information, enter the contact information for the office manager or biller
- Please skip the sections for ERA and Clearinghouse information if you will be using Payspan to retrieve them
- Select the bubble for "Yes" for authorized signature
Submitting your Forms
It is recommended that you print a copy of the enrollment page or confirmation they provide you. Since this is an online form, no further action should be required. If you are asked for any additional documentation, please call us at 602-439-2525.
Waiting for a Response
Once the complete EDI enrollment has been submitted it will be processed. Processing will take up to two weeks from the date of receipt.
After processing, a confirmation will be emailed to you as notification to begin filing claims electronically. If neither confirmation nor a returned packet is received after two weeks, contact the EDI Operations Team at 1-877-461-4911, or send an email here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have received your Submitter ID and Password from MVP Care, please call the SolAce Support Team and set an appointment for a Mailbox setup and Test Transmission.
Please have 25 test claims ready for testing. Test files should consist of a variety of claims that represent the type of claims you will be submitting once production status is achieved. Test claims will not be processed for payment but will be validated against production files; therefore, they must contain valid patient procedure, diagnosis, and provider information.
