What is SolAce JR? SolAce JR is a secure, web-based, single user, and single site product. Most importantly it is HIPAA compliant. SolAce JR is provided as a free service with no support and no service levels included. Support can be purchased separately. Ivertex™ designed SolAce JR to be used as a trial version. It may also be used by small provider offices that only need to submit commercial claims and are willing to pay for support as needed. However, data retention is only guaranteed for 60 days. Integrates with your practice management system SolAce EMC integrates with dozens of existing practice management systems by importing print files the same way a clearinghouse does. Choose from print image, NSF, 837 file or comma-separated value (CSV) importers to avoid wasted time and mistakes from doing double entry. Runs on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. SolAce EMC can also be used by itself for direct claims entry, and includes a patient database to speed data entry. The Ultimate in Security Built-in 128-bit SSL encryption keeps your private health information secure without expensive virtual private network solutions. All data is stored on the server for 60 days and is safe from malware that can affect user's workstations. Free Commercial Claims Our partnernership with Availity enables you to submit to over 1,100 commercial payers with no per-claim fees, using the same SolAce interface for all your claims. If a paper claim is needed, you can also use the clearinghouse's print-and-mail service for the same per-claim price as a postage stamp! Our claim scrubber works on all your claims, so clean claims are submitted to the clearinghouse, too. Ivertex has done the legwork of coding companion guides and payer-specific edits to ensure that you can generate HIPAA compliant transactions that are acceptable to your Trading Partners. No Direct Connections Enrollment in the Availity clearinghouse is required for SolAce JR, as none of the "Direct Connections" can be utilized. SolAce is awesome software. I absolutely LOVE it. For over three years I have used this software daily for multiple long term care facilities to submit claims to various MACs, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage and Supplemental Insurance carriers.
